Each school publishes its own contact details on its Schoolak profile. If your child already attends and you have an account, log in and write to the school from inside Schoolak.

Your application page is the place
The confirmation email has a private link to your application. It shows each step the school takes, and there you can confirm an interview, answer an offer or withdraw. For anything else, the school’s own contact is on its profile.
