Apply for a place, with no account

Choose a school that is taking applications and send one form with your documents. A reference and a private link come to you by email, and so does every update.

Schools taking applications

Each school opens and closes its own intake. These are the schools taking applications right now.

No school is taking applications right now

Each school opens and closes its own intake. Every school’s profile is still open to read, and this list changes as intakes open.

How applying works

Four steps. There is no account to create, and nothing reaches the school’s records until the school says yes.

  1. Fill in one form about your child and about you, with any documents you have. Each file is checked before the school can open it.

  2. A reference and a private link arrive by email. The link is your way back: it shows where things stand, and you can withdraw there.

  3. The school looks at your application, then accepts it or decides not to offer a place. You are emailed each time its status changes.

  4. The school creates your child’s record, links you to it as guardian and invites you to Schoolak. The class is the school’s choice.

Already applied?

Open the private link in your confirmation email to see where your application stands. If you cannot find the email, the school you applied to is the one to ask.

There is no account to log in to: the link in the email is the only way back to your application.

What each status means

Under review
Someone at the school is looking at it.
Accepted
The school will set up your child’s record and invite you.
